Life Safety Systems
Life Safety Systems are specifically designed to protect building occupants from other hazards commonly found in buildings that are just as lethal as fire. We can design, install, inspect, and maintain these critical safety systems.

Gas/Chemical Detection Systems
Many businesses require the use of hazardous gases or chemicals to manufacture product, cool and condition work areas, or freeze and store a finished product. In the quantities these gases or chemicals are present even a small leak or spill could be hazardous to occupants of the building.
Carbon Monoxide Detection Systems
Carbon Monoxide is present anywhere there are combustion engines, and is a deadly, invisible gas that is heavier than air. In an enclosed area this gas does not dissipate. So in any below grade parking garage, enclosed vehicle service garages, or building sub-basements a CO detection system, integrated with a powered exhaust system, is required.
Leak Detection Systems
Leak detection systems are typically installed to prevent unwanted human shock hazards or to protect expensive equipment from accumulating moisture. Common leak detection system locations are under raised floors in computer rooms, large electrical rooms, underground utility vaults, and around fuel tanks.
